Integrations · Returns apps

Your returns app on the customer side. StoreFulfil on the warehouse side.

Returns apps manage customer portals and approvals. When the required API or webhook access is available, StoreFulfil can be scoped for warehouse receiving, inspection, condition capture and verified restock.

How it fits together

Return events land in the receiving queue.

For a compatible, connected returns tool, expected return data can appear in StoreFulfil before the parcel arrives. Warehouse staff physically receive the parcel, confirm ownership, inspect each item and record its condition and disposition. Only verified-good units can follow the supported Shopify restock flow.

  • Expected returns visible before parcels arrive
  • Per-item condition and disposition capture
  • Verified restock to the correct Shopify location
  • Full return history per item

Integration architecture

Returns data flows directly into warehouse receiving.

A returns system needs the required API or webhook access before it can feed the receiving queue. We confirm the data fields and workflow during integration scoping, while preserving the customer-facing returns experience already in use.
