Warehouse operations for 3PLs handling Shopify brands
StoreFulfil gives 3PL warehouse teams one controlled workspace for client Shopify stores: route orders by location, pick and dispatch, manage inventory and returns, and send confirmed fulfilment and tracking back to Shopify. Client data stays isolated; exceptions stay visible.
Built for warehouse operators. Client users see only their own store's operational data.

The problem
Multi-client warehouse teams lose time switching between Shopify logins, manual exports, spreadsheets and status checks. StoreFulfil brings the daily work into one controlled workflow while keeping every client operation separate.
Orders assigned to your warehouse's Shopify location arrive in one shared queue, with client and location context attached.
See Shopify-confirmed inventory by client, SKU and location. Make controlled adjustments or run guided stocktakes, with the reason, author and result recorded.
Receive parcels, identify ownership before assignment, scan items and record QC. Verified good units can follow a controlled restock path; damaged units stay out of sellable stock.
Shopify and carrier failures, holds, inventory issues and uncertain operations surface for review and safe recovery — not in a hidden log.
The platform
StoreFulfil is the shared warehouse workspace for multi-client Shopify operations. The work is coordinated; each client's data and access remain strictly isolated.
Connect each client store and map the warehouse locations that should receive its work. Orders then arrive in the right queue, inventory is shown with its confirmation state, returns are physically received and investigated, and confirmed dispatch updates are sent back to the store. Shipping label creation stays behind warehouse review and spend controls.
Core capabilities
Orders arrive, warehouse work gets recorded, Shopify is updated after confirmed actions — and exceptions stay reviewable.
Orders
When a Shopify order is assigned to your warehouse location, it arrives in StoreFulfil without a manual export. Staff pick, pack and dispatch; after the warehouse action is confirmed, StoreFulfil sends fulfilment status and tracking back to Shopify. Holds, changed line items, location changes and failed updates stay visible for review.
Inventory
See inventory per client, SKU and mapped Shopify location with its freshness state. Controlled adjustments and guided stocktakes record the reason, author and outcome. Verified return restocks follow the controlled Shopify workflow at the correct location — no parallel spreadsheet truth.
Returns
Start with an inbound parcel, including an anonymous parcel that has not yet been assigned to a client. Search across clients by recipient, sender, tracking, RMA, order or SKU; confirm ownership before assignment; scan items and record QC and disposition. Expected-return sources add context, but matching alone never restocks, refunds or notifies a merchant.
Integrations
Shopify is the core workflow. DHL Kleinpaket is available only for eligible connected accounts and supported Germany domestic parcels. Return sources and other systems are enabled only after their data flow and provider behaviour are verified.
The live core workflow: location-routed orders, controlled inventory operations, fulfilment and tracking sent back for connected stores.
Expected-return context can be connected after provider contract validation. Physical receipt, ownership confirmation and QC always happen in StoreFulfil.
Tracking captured at dispatch is sent back through the connected Shopify fulfilment workflow after the warehouse action is confirmed.
Available for eligible connected DHL business accounts: authorised staff review an eligible small parcel before a paid label is created, with recovery controls for uncertain outcomes.
Warehouse platforms, order-management tools and internal systems are assessed, scoped and quoted before bespoke work begins.
File-based workflows can be assessed as a bespoke scope; a direct API connection is typically the better long-term fit.
Your price reflects the number of client stores, operational volume, warehouse locations and agreed connection scope. Bespoke integration work is quoted separately.
Custom systems
When a needed system sits outside the live workflow, we map the data flow, verify the operational controls, agree scope and commercial terms, then decide whether bespoke work is appropriate.
How it works
Define the client stores, warehouse locations, data flows and controls that shape the work.
Verify which Shopify, carrier and return-source workflows fit as-is, and what needs a compatibility review or separate scope.
Warehouse staff work from the shared queue and receiving workflow; client users access only their own isolated view.
Connect a new client store into the agreed process; its data, locations and access remain distinct from day one.
