Shipping integrations are readily available to connect StoreFulfil with leading carriers, starting with DHL. For eligible, connected DHL business accounts, authorised staff can review a shipment, create a paid label and send the result through the Shopify dispatch workflow.
Live workflow
Each client connects its own DHL business account. Authorised staff review the shipment, confirm the recipient and weight, create the paid label and download the document without leaving StoreFulfil.
The workflow checks the order, destination and connected account before booking. The label result and tracking are then sent through the Shopify fulfilment workflow; any issue is surfaced for review.
The current workflow is deliberately limited to DHL Paket Kleinpaket: one Germany domestic parcel per booking, from 1g to 1000g. Service selection, dimensions, multi-parcel consignments, customs paperwork and international destinations require a separately supported carrier product and are not presented as bookable today.
Connect each client’s DHL business account, validate it in sandbox, then use the workflow only for eligible Germany domestic small parcels.
